1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Copnets. By using our hosting, domain, reseller, VPS, and related services, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.

2. Account Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

Clients must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining account security. Any illegal activity including phishing, malware, spam, hacking, copyright infringement, abusive scripts, or harmful content is strictly prohibited. Copnets reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activities without prior notice or refund.

3. Billing & Payments

All services are billed in advance and must be paid on time to avoid suspension. Pricing and service features may change at any time.

4. Fair Usage & Resource Limits

Shared and reseller hosting accounts must follow fair usage policies. Excessive CPU, RAM, bandwidth, or disk usage that affects server performance may result in temporary limitations or suspension.

5. Backups & Data Loss

While Copnets performs regular maintenance and may provide backups, clients are fully responsible for maintaining their own backups and website security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for data loss, downtime, business interruption, or indirect damages caused by server issues, cyber attacks, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Refund Policy

At Copnets, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality hosting services. Customer satisfaction is important to us; however, refunds are provided only under the terms outlined in this policy.

Shared hosting and reseller hosting plans may qualify for a refund within the eligible refund period if the account has not violated our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy. Refund requests submitted after the allowed period will not be accepted.

Domain registrations, domain renewals, transfer fees, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, software licenses, SSL certificates, setup fees, add-on services, and custom development services are strictly non-refundable because of third-party costs and instant activation.

Accounts suspended or terminated for spam, phishing, malware, copyright violations, abusive resource usage, illegal activities, fraud, or policy violations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Clients are responsible for cancelling services before the renewal date. Automatically renewed services and processed renewal invoices may not qualify for refunds.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued only through the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or financial providers.

Copnets reserves the right to deny any refund request if fraudulent activity, chargebacks, abuse, or misuse of services is detected.

By purchasing or using Copnets services, clients agree to this Refund Policy and all related company terms and conditions.

7. Modifications to Terms

By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and policies. Copnets may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
